A straight up day from a gap down, moving up through the S/T BUY signal line at 2888, and through the recent declining resistance.

The re-emergence of superior price performance yesterday suggests a continuation of the advance. Watch to see if this is also supported by the oscillators in the next few days.

A gap down at the open was met with bullish strength that pushed the market up beyond declining resistance and through the S/T BUY Signal level at 2888.

Buy Signal confirmed with the market closing at the Buy Signal level (near enough, just pennies under)

Faustus

The market continues its gradual decline with a drop to 2877, triggering a Cover Signal at 2890.

Although a strong bounce took price back up to 2894, the close was below the Cover Signal line (just), completing the recent Buy Signal, and suggesting that we now wait for the next confirmed signal.

Watch the declining resistance line and the oscillators for evidence of renewed strength.

The strong bounce off 2877 sees the market back above but the close is just shy of the signal line.

A gap up with no pull-back and follow through, triggering an S/T BUY Signal at 2838.

An intraday high at 2850 filling the recent gap-down and the market finding declining resistance and weakness developing throughout the afternoon and into the close.

BUY SIGNAL confirmed (just) into the close.

S/T SELL Signal below 2822

Market dropped through the SELL signal level at 2822 in early action triggering a short position at 2817.

Market finds support and bounces in the 2803-8 area in an attempt to hold onto important support.

Although still below the Sell signal level, recommend to COVER at the close at 2818.

The market opens lower in-line with expectations for a potentially important high in the 8-10 August time-frame.

A COVER Signal at 2838 with the market dropping below the 2842 level and failing to recovery back above.

The T volume oscillator moves lower, now negative, and the Osc oscillator turns down.

The market opens down just below the important 2800 level and rapidly moves higher, triggering an S/T Buy Signal as it moves up and holds above 2822 into the close.

Still some warnings as the Osc oscillator continues to decline and makes a 'Sell' Signal.

The bounce off 2807 is not enough to re-activate the Buy Signal and the market will need to re-establish its bullish intent.

Still, considering the drop, the oscillators remain positive for now.
