Strength above the Buy line in the first hour or so, no reason not to go long.
First arm of the small T structure indicates strength into labor day.

Ok we had the margin calls and now the short covering. It would be pragmatic to close any short positions.

A classic Sell, Buy, Sell 'W' shape and the failed rally on tuesday should have warned of the potential bottom in place. At least temporarily.

I'm expecting a rally into labor day now.

And I guess that is what happens after a monumental squeeze from a 6 month consolidation, and the market breaks its natural support (200MA).
What's next, wait for the low to be confirmed and a S/T Buy Signal to trigger.
We live in dangerous times, again. Lots of bear market signals firing off.

Ouch

Looks like the crash so many have been calling for just happened.
And it looks like the current target may be 1940ish.
No reason to get too bullish until we clear back over the 200MA but it should be noted that excellent buying does occur at the lower edge of the channel marked in fine green, this approximates to Terry Laundry's energy channel.

The first significant move below the 200MA for some time indicating some additional dangers in the market.
Much needed but does warn of possible entry into a bear market. The megaphone formation very much in place suggesting the potential for further selling.

An impressive recovery off the 200 MA but ultimately ending in failure and sets up a short signal at the close.

Also notice that the 70 day pulse from low is currently a little longer ~ 71-75 days.
