The S&Ps visit the January high and pull-back a little, just prior to the initial projection for a high from the small T centered on the recent low.

Maybe just nerves, but the market is still somewhat vulnerable at a major target.

Today is an echo high which frequently brings with it a lack of buying power after an important high.

The market pushes higher above recent declining resistance and the T volume oscillator makes a new T – or perhaps an extension of the previous structures, projecting highs this week and possibly also strength into September.

The market opens up and grinds higher triggering an S/T BUY Signal at 2838, filling the previous gap at 2850, before finding declining resistance and some profit-taking in afternoon weakness.

Price holds up above the Buy Signal level and the signal is confirmed, for now.

The T volume oscillator rises strongly forming a W pattern and is suggesting a small T, and/or an extension to the previous structures.

Risk remains relatively high and there are still signs of declining resistance to price.

S/T BUY Signal above 2838

A gap up with no pull-back and follow through, triggering an S/T BUY Signal at 2838.

An intraday high at 2850 filling the recent gap-down and the market finding declining resistance and weakness developing throughout the afternoon and into the close.

BUY SIGNAL confirmed (just) into the close.

A Sell Signal below 2822, sees the market down in the low 2800's before finding some strength to end the day back near 2820.

Futures are up again this morning, exemplifying why not to hold short positions overnight.

Some indications of stabilisation in the T volume oscillator – a small T perhaps.

S/T SELL Signal below 2822

Market dropped through the SELL signal level at 2822 in early action triggering a short position at 2817.

Market finds support and bounces in the 2803-8 area in an attempt to hold onto important support.

Although still below the Sell signal level, recommend to COVER at the close at 2818.

The market makes an attempt on the Buy Signal level, but maybe needs more stabilisation.

A strong move up in the T volume oscillator indicates some interest, but we might expect some further downside after yesterday's echo high.

Still on a Cover Signal – Watching for stabilisation in the oscillators and for price to move and hold up above the Buy Signal level.

The market rocks lower, finding declining resistance near the top of the channel, and maybe some support at 2820.

Close to a Sell Signal.

Relatively high ARMS, rapid increase in volatility, and very high SKEW, expect some strong directional movement ahead, up or down.
