Trading the Line

Looks like we are escaping from this triangle. Monitor S1 support for confirmation.

Still working off this triangle which will most probably resolve to the upside (if T structure is correct ?) and perhaps place a high early May at say 2180.

Yesterday is a good example of keeping the stop at the close or a bit loose (eg -5 pts or more) and below mid-point, S1 etc.

Can we break out of this triangle?
Watch to see if S1 holds.

Looks like we are going up, and I have drawn a tentative T structure from the recent low of the w form to indicate its possibility. This would give us an early-mid May high in coincidence  with the 70 day high projected.

Of course that's just a possibility.

Looks like we need to test the highs again, maybe for April expiration.
Watch the bollingers.

Triangular trading, and maybe a few more days of this as the bollingers are still quite far apart.

If we get a squeeze set up and break the bollingers, then a dramatic move is on the cards.

Back to the chop. Do we need to go down again?
Ugly market conditions, maybe take a rest.

April Fools, nice test of lower line of S3, and back below the 55 ema.

Perhaps a visit to the lower boundary of the gray channel is required, in the vicinity of 2000.
