Futures moved below the Sell Signal line on Sunday evening and accelerated lower prior to the European morning session. Currently making new lows pre-market open around 3238 and not far from the January lows.

Given the amount of movement away from the signal line it is not practical to specify a short entry level to use during NYSE open hours, and risk in either direction is extremely high.

The market takes a wild ride down through the Buy / Cover Signal level and takes a look at 3341 before building a base in the 3350s and then climbing back into the 3370s.

Back above the Buy Signal level, for now, BUT with yesterday a warning of an increase in volatility ahead.

A gap down recovers to 3389 before a very rapid collapse through the Cover Signal level into a low at 3341 and then some base building at 3350 before a volatile recovery back up through the Buy Signal level into the 3370s.

A gap up above the declining resistance, heads for a new all time high before profit-taking towards the end of the day.

A weaker day with a gradual decline from 3380 and declining net volume but resolving back to the high into the close.

A look higher at 3390 yesterday in light holiday trade but again with profit-taking developing at the upper extreme of the channel.

The T volume oscillator drops just below zero turning neutral and flashing a warning.
