A dangerous bipolar market with a nasty looking railroad tracks pattern starting to emerge.

Very much mixed signals as a rapid move up turns into another dead cat bounce but hangs onto some of the recovery putting doubt on both sides.

A gap up and don't look back as the market puts its fears behind itself and heads back up to Friday's lows, cancelling the Sell Signal for now.

Not quite at the Buy Signal level yet but an impressive recovery so far.

Challenge

Fear drives the market significantly lower pre-market and the market opens with a test of the 3239 pivot.

A Sell Signal is active below 3267 but too high risk to be taken during regular hours and the market is already at or near the 'minimum downside target'.

Some signs of stabilization as price holds onto the opening low.

Momentum has shifted to the downside with an Osc oscillator Sell Signal and the price collapse leaves an island top above 3295.
