S/T Sell Signal at 4016

An ARMS Warning over the last few days leads to a severe decline.

Heavy selling pre-market and dropping below the Cover Signal line at 4031 at the open, triggering a Sell Signal at 4016 in early action and continuing lower. An attempt to stabilize at 3980 is met with more persistent selling in the afternoon.
